SelectO is a QR-based ordering platform operated by LEARNature-ly. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We do not collect email addresses, GPS location, device identifiers, or browsing history. No account is required to place an order.
When you opt in, we may send you messages about your order status (confirmed, preparing, ready for pickup). These messages are sent through a SelectO pivot phone number — the restaurant never sees your phone number, and you never see theirs.

We do not read, store, or process any messages you send in WhatsApp outside of SelectO order updates.
Your data is shared only with the venue you ordered from, and only what they need to fulfil your order (name, order items, table number). Phone numbers are never shared with venue owners.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
