We read every message. Replies typically land within 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. We are slower on Fridays (the AWENI team observes the Jumu'ah practice) and weekends. Large investigations — a tricky bug, a security review — may take longer; we will tell you so.
What we do not do here
- We do not provide religious rulings (fatwa) or theological advice through this channel. Refer to qualified scholars in your local community for those questions.
- We do not provide individual financial, medical, or legal advice.
Mailing address
Correspondence by physical mail can be sent to a verified postal address available on request. We publish the full address upon request to verified parties (legal correspondence, partners). We do not display it openly to limit unsolicited mail.
