LEARNature-ly provides:
- AWENI — a personal super-app (briefings, prayer times, Memoriz, BalanceTab, games, AI assistant)
- Educational games at /games/

Some features are free for everyone; some may require a paid subscription in the future. Prices and conditions for any paid features will be clearly shown before you commit.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may have one personal account, plus profiles for family members under your guardianship. Sharing one account credentials with multiple unrelated people is not allowed.
What you may not do
- Use AWENI to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
- Upload or share religious content from unverified or fabricated sources. We rely on a curated chain of authoritative texts; do not abuse this trust.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service for purposes that compete with us, or that drain our infrastructure.
- Bypass technical limits, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access another member's data.
Content you create
Anything you create in AWENI (expense entries, decks, scores, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, display, and back up that content as part of running the service.
Religious content
Quranic verses, hadith, supplications, and historical narratives shown in AWENI are reproduced from verified published sources, with attribution. We do not modify, paraphrase, or generate religious text. If you spot an error in a citation, please tell us via Contact — we will correct it within 48 hours of verification against the original source.
Service availability
We work hard to keep AWENI online but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows, network issues, or rare incidents may briefly interrupt service. We do not offer financial compensation for downtime on free tiers.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms — typically only after a warning, except in cases of clear fraud or abuse.
Disclaimer & liability
AWENI is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond what applicable consumer-protection law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to AWENI is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law (LEARNature-ly's place of business). Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and the effective date updated on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
