How to play
- Each player controls 16 pieces: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Rooks, 2 Bishops, 2 Knights and 8 Pawns.
- White moves first; players alternate turns.
- Move a piece to capture an opponent's piece by landing on its square.
- Put the opponent's King in check; they must escape. Checkmate wins the game.
- Special moves: castling, en passant, and pawn promotion are all supported.
